醫療科技評估進階訓練課程
課程時間：2017-08-12~2017-09-09 課程地點：台大公衛學院 117教室 課程簡介：
一、 課程對象:從事醫療科技評估的相關業務人員或有興趣者。
二、 課程目的:
提升台灣執行醫療科技評估相關業務相關人員之能力，課程設計包含藥物經濟模型等進階課程。
三、 課程目標:
1. 瞭解藥物經濟評估模型之概念；
2. 認識真實資料的取得及利用方法；
3. 強化系統性回顧與臨床相對療效之能力；
4. 學習藥物經濟評估模型建構之步驟；
5. 判讀藥物經濟評估模型之分析結果之及應用。

參與本學會舉辦的「醫療科技評估進階訓練課程」，(1)符合80%授課時數(32小時)，並(2)完成各授課老師指定的作業，即可獲得結業證書。
二、 課程費用：
課程收費/退費標準：
(1) 五天課程費用，共50,000元。會員45,000元(TaSPOR團體會員每家公司限額兩名以會員收費標準，第三名起則以非TaSPOR會員收費標準收費)、非會員50,000元，因受上課場地限制，若報名人數過多，將依繳費先後順序招收。
(2) 早鳥優惠：學員報名完成後，並於指定日期前(5/31日)完成繳費者，可享費用現折2000元優惠。若未符合早鳥優惠，則以原價計費。
(3) 若不克前來，可將名額轉讓予其他人員出席，恕不退款。若未達開課下限，則該期課程停開，並全額無息退還。
