前言About This Forum
美國是全球唯一長期未採用HTA、堅持自由定價的大市場，現在情況正在改變。
IRA藥價談判已經生效，川普政府的Most-Favored-Nation (MFN)把國際參考定價搬進美國，ICER的角色不斷擴大。當最後一個自由定價的大市場開始「定價」，對全球HTA、對台灣的健保談判與新藥可近性，究竟是危機還是機會?
 
The United States, long the world's last large free-pricing market, has not adopted formal HTA andis changing. With IRA price negotiation now in effect, the Trump administration’s Most-Favored-Nation policy importing international reference pricing, and ICER’s influence growing, what does it mean when the last free-pricing market starts setting prices?
